On the day of the Feast of the Laudation of the Theotokos, after the Divine Liturgy, a video conversation took place between the Abbot of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel of Vyshhorod and Chernobyl, and Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem. The Patriarch conveyed his blessing and expressed words of support to the Abbot and the brotherhood.

At the end of the conversation, the hierarchs congratulated each other on the approaching great Feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos and asked for holy prayers.
