After the traditional singing the acathistus to the Most Holy Theotokos and reading the special prayer on the current Name Day of the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, hieromonk Gleb, the supervisor of the meetings, introduced an outstanding guest to the comers at the beginning of the regular youth meeting. Hieromonk Alexis (Korsak), the inhabitant of the Saint Panteleimon’s Monastery on the Holy Mount Athos, came to see the festivities on the occassion of the Day of the Patron Saint of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphrius of Kyiv and All Ukraine. In his speech, father Alexis pointed out very important and interesting topics of family life and monasticism.
