Pilgrims should have at themselves the document proving the identity (passport), but the clergy and monks also an authorization document evidencing of their arrival by hierarchy’s blessing. The Pilgrim’s appearance must be decent like the Orthodox Christian believer.

Visitors at Pilgrim’s House are obliged to comply with the following rules:
– The pilgrims must necessarily attend public worship (according to the schedule of services) and to live according to godly rules of the monastery. In case of violation of the rules of the pilgrim evicted without refund of donations.
– Strictly to observe the interior schedule of job of Pilgrim’s House.
– The check-in at a Pilgrim’s House is after 02:00 p.m., and check-out by 12-00 a.m. The administrator gives additional information as to check-in and check-out in another time.
– From 23:00 till 5:00 the Pilgrim’s House is closed.
– At settlement the pilgrim gains an electronic card-key, after entering of the mortgaging total by it (100 grn.). At eviction pledge is returned.
– The electronic card-key is the pass in Pilgrim’s House (this must be presented at the entrance).
– The pilgrim is obliged to support cleanliness and the order, to make thrifty use of Pilgrim’s House property.
– Do not change a furniture arrangement and don’t take it out of the room.
– Use the equipment (the air conditioner, a cooler body, a washing machine, an iron, an electric kettle, the lift, etc.) only for its intended purpose. In case of damage of property of Pilgrim’s House completely to offset a material damage.
– To observe requirements of fire security (not to burn candles and lampads not to use open fire).
– Implement the recommendations of the Pilgrim’s House staff about the rules of behavior.
– An air conditioning system may be used only with the administrator permission. Do not change the settings of conditioner.
– Pilgrims are responsible for their children’s behavior in the Pilgrim’s House (parents or guardians).

In Pilgrim’s House it is forbidden:
– To be in the building during public worship without valid excuse.
– To abide in a state of intoxication, to smoke.
– To dress indecent for monastery clothing and to put on makeup (to use cosmetics).
– To be the stranger without the administrator permission.
– To use a mobile phone, the computer and other technics in a mode of loud sound signals.
– To spend a photo- and a video-shooting without the administrator permission.
– To independently turn on or off the boiler for hot water in bathrooms.
– To pass the electronic card key to other persons, to hold guests for the use of the infrastructure of the Pilgrim’s House (shower, lavatory, laundry, ironing, etc.).

The donations for the services provided at Pilgrim’s House:
– The donation payment towards accommodation, parking, laundry services, luggage storage and other services are carried according to fixed sizes.
– When booking is prepaid donations in the appropriate size.
– The amount of donations made when booking, or for accommodation and other services using is non-refundable.

– To use hotel Library of the spiritual literature it is possible only with the administrator permission.
– Video monitoring oversees for pilgrims’ personal belongings and order in the building.
– Safety of personal things of pilgrims is provided by means of existing watch facilities.
– Valuables can be stored at the Luggage storage.
– Violators of the rules of behavior, after compensation for damages, evicted from the Pilgrim’s House.
